I must confess that I am a sucker for homemade food that family members of my friends have sent while we have been in Iraq. While watching the Iowa versus Penn State football game we chowed down on some amazing homemade salsa that Kristie's mom had sent her. It was soooooo delicious! Too bad we did not have enough for every game night. Yum, yum!!!

How long does it take a package to get to you? I love to bake, but I wonder if treats would be bad by the time they got to you. Let me know, because I'll send treats if they get there fast enough (Sorry, I don't make salsa!)
Salsa made it to you without going bad?! I need in on that secret and I'll send you some more!! We're officially in our new place, and the gas is being turned on tomorrow (Wednesday here in CA). Treats soon to come!
