Enjoying the Yard

I really enjoy coming home from work and taking my boy for a stroll around the neighborhood. This evening we went to the backyard so I could hammock and he could run around. I think it is safe to say that he enjoyed it.

Running at Sea Level

I  cannot believe how much easier it is to run at sea level then my home elevation. And having a pacer on a bicycle was super helpful!
