Army Sergeant William B. GrossPaniagua, 28, of Daly City, CA, was assigned to the 3rd Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, HI. SGT GrossPaniagua died in the Kunar Province, AFG, of injuries sustained when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device.
