Slowly but surely Cleo is starting to become for comfortable living with Blake. I am sure it will take some more time, but I think this is showing some good progress.

Cleo has now taken to occassionally following Blake around and growling at him. Blake has now learned to just ignore her. It's an interesting roommate situation to say the least.
