As a CA kid I was taught keep an extra change of clothes in the car along with some food and water. So when I moved to DC I thought I would continue with this. However, it is slightly colder here than in CA. So cold in fact that the waterbottle in my car was frozen solid last evening. I know that I should not be surprised, but I was. This whole cold weather thing is crazy!

Welcome to "below zero." It's actually nice to drink once it starts thawing...chilled water not hot, been sittin' in the sun CA water. :)
