New Job

Hospital Orientation:
Three days of death by power point that will have very little new information other than the emergency phone numbers. But I get paid for it! Good thing I have my eReader with a new book to start.

Found a Different Farm

Nothing like the farm I came from, but this one will still allow me to work outside in the sun with the added benefit of the beach literally across the street!

11 x 3

I turned 11 for the third time this year! Crazy!
A nice morning run (okay, not nice as I don't like to run), followed by some beautiful flowers from my parents, and some Skype time with friends while I sat on the beach of Waikiki. I know, my life is rough.

First Full Day

I have survived my first day in HI.
I know, a serious sacrifice...
The greatest part of my day was an evening spend with Amy and Kristi via Skype. Good conversation, laughter, and games. Too bad the Army didn't let me move to SoCal.

Let The Adventure Begin

It is true, I am now living in Hawaii...well, as of today. Tomorrow I will find out what kind of job I will have and who my new boss will be.

And do they just call these "chips" here?

It's Curly!

Some of the greatest people in the world are those friends that even when it has been far too long since you've seen them or even talked with them, the conversation picks right up and catching up on life makes life so great!
Curly, okay, Kim, is one of those people. She is a part of so many of my stories about the shenanigans from camp. She flew up to the PNW to immediately jump in my truck and drive down all night to CA with me. Simply said, Curly is good people and the world would be a much better place if there were more people like her.

Mission Springs

My home away from home.
 My favorite place to go.
This is where I wish I could be.
 My face still remains,
Hidden in plain sight.
